The New Hotel Jay will be a better, updated version of its namesake, home to 130 suites (which, including lockouts, translates to 173 rooms), and a beautiful Conference Space and Executive Boardroom located on the building's top floor.˙ Like we did in the beautiful Tram Haus Lodge (located just next door), we'll be paying close attention to the details, our history and to integrating small touches that the Raised Jay among you will certainly appreciate.

The Hotel Jay will also include a pizzeria, coffee shop, retail space, a Family Gathering room, Restaurant, fitness center and The Pump House Indoor Waterpark.

Brand new for 2011-2012, the Tram Haus Lodge is located right next to the 60 passenger Tram to the summit, and also the Flyer and Metro quad chairs.

These studio, one & two besdroom suites are beautifully appointed and feature full kitchen (kitchentte in studios) and a fireplace. Most one & two bedroom units have balconies.

On-site amenities include complimentary fitness center, ski lockers on the main floor, central laundry, and complimentary valet parking in an indoor garage. Also, don't miss Alice's Table Restaurant featuring local Vermont food and beverage. The Tower Bar offers local Vermont microbrews and occasional lively apres ski entertainment. The Taiga Spa offers massage services, sauna, manicure and pedicure.

Most are true ski-in, ski-out, a few are not, but just a short walk from the slopes. The Village condos and townhomes are all of newer construction and are nicely appointed. Ranging in size from 2 Bedroom to 5 Bedroom units, they have full kitchen, living and dining area, fireplace, washer/dryer, equipment storage, deck and full bathrooms. Bedding varies as all units are individually owned.

Lift service is via the Village double chair, and while not walking distance to the Tram House Lodge, all the resort restaurants, bars and the spa are within and easy 1 minute drive.
